The boxes do not finish together: fifteen days for Epura Vita, twenty days for Alca Vita 60 PACK, thirty days for Enzyme Vita, and the macerate bottle lasts longer. Store the five packs in a dry place, away from light and heat.
Two gestures in one box. Four products of this set are taken by mouth. Aroma Digest (stomach comfort) is a care product for external cutaneous use only: it is not swallowed, is not taken by the oral route, and is applied neither to the mucous membranes nor to damaged skin. Avoid the eye contour; wash your hands after application.
For adults only. Vitamin and mineral supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision, and the use of Enzyme Vita in children under 6 years of age is not authorised.
Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding: Epura Vita, Enzyme Vita and the N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate are not recommended in these situations, and Aroma Digest (stomach comfort) combines tarragon (estragole), star anise (anethole) and verbenone rosemary (ketones). No data is published for Enzyme Vita during breastfeeding.

Do not use in case of renal insufficiency. The N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate is not used for more than 6 consecutive weeks.
Not recommended in case of use of anticoagulants or of antiplatelets, as well as before a surgical procedure: the N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate contains birch, and Enzyme Vita provides bromelain and papain. People sensitive to salicylate derivatives will also avoid birch.
The bromelain of Enzyme Vita increases the absorption of certain antibiotics (amoxicillin, tetracyclines). In case of ongoing drug treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Caution in people allergic to spring pollens: the N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate contains birch bud (Betula pendula and Betula pubescens), of the same botanical family as alder and hazel.
Allergens: sulphur dioxide and sulphites (papain of Enzyme Vita).
Bromelain (pineapple), papain (papaya) and fig protease of Enzyme Vita: caution in case of a known allergy to latex or to these fruits, cross-reactions being possible.
Not recommended in case of a gastroduodenal ulcer or of an evolving gastritis.
The carrier of Aroma Digest (stomach comfort) is an apricot kernel vegetable oil: to be ruled out in case of allergy to stone fruits or nuts. Its tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus) belongs to the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile). Four of the five plants in Epura Vita — chrysanthellum (Chrysanthellum americanum), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) — belong to the same family.
Aroma Digest (stomach comfort) contains lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum), obtained by expression of the peel and photosensitising: do not expose the treated area to the sun or to UV in the twelve hours following application. On sensitive skin or in case of a history of reaction to essential oils, first apply a small quantity to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours.
