Oil-based soft capsule: the four vitamins are fat-soluble, they dissolve in fats and are carried by a fatty substance.
Vitamin A in preformed form (retinol), supplied by a halibut liver oil from MSC-certified fishing — sustainable and eco-responsible.
Natural vitamin E in d-alpha tocopherols, and not in synthetic dl-alpha; it also serves as an antioxidant for the oil of the capsule.
Vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone, obtained by synthetic route from a microbial source.
Highly dosed vitamin D3: 3,000 IU per capsule.

Halibut liver oil, capsule: fish gelatine, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus L.), glycerol (E422), d-alpha tocopherols, water, menaquinone (vitamin K2) (synthetic) (microbial source), vitamin D3 3000IU.
Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants: the capsule provides 210 µg of vitamin K2, which opposes the action of these medicines.
This supplement is authorised only for people over 18 years.
Not recommended during pregnancy: the capsule provides 1,125 µg of preformed vitamin A (retinol) from fish liver oil. During breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
In case of ongoing drug treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional — in particular on digitalis medicines, thiazide diuretics, orlistat, cholestyramine or retinoids.
Do not combine with another intake of vitamin D (multivitamin supplement, fish liver oil, drops) without medical advice: the capsule already provides 75 µg (3,000 IU), and the upper safety limit adopted in adults is 100 µg per day, all intakes combined.
