Vitamin D3, 100% natural, in the form of cholecalciferol: the form that the skin itself manufactures under the action of the sun.
Olive oil base: vitamin D3 is fat-soluble and already travels in its fatty carrier, which serves both as an excipient and as a vehicle for absorption.
30 ml bottle delivering 1,100 drops, i.e. about three years at the rate of one drop per day.
Dropper and neutral taste: the portion is adjusted drop by drop, which a pre-dosed pearl does not allow, and nothing is noticeable in the meal.

Olive oil (Olea Europaea L.), vitamin D3 - cholecalciferol (1,000,000IU/g), vitamin E - D-alpha-tocopherol acetate (antioxidant).
The dose of 50 µg of vitamin D is authorised only for people aged 11 and over: this product is not suitable for children under 11 years.
Vitamin supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
Do not combine with another intake of vitamin D (multivitamin supplement, fish liver oil, pearls, prescription) without medical advice: the upper safety limit adopted in adults is 100 µg (4,000 IU) per day, all intakes combined.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before a supplementation at 50 µg of vitamin D per day.
Also seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of hypercalcaemia, calcium kidney stones, sarcoidosis or renal insufficiency, as well as in case of ongoing treatment — in particular with digitalis medicines, thiazide diuretics, anticonvulsants, rifampicin, orlistat or cholestyramine.

Très facile d'utilisation.Le compte gouttes est très pratique.
Bien mais je préfère en version "gelules" (même si ici la composition est mieux en version liquide)
