The N°01 Spring Immunity is the only liquid of the set: an organic bud macerate, picked by hand and macerated according to the traditional Dr Pol Henry method.

During the day
The four boxes do not have the same autonomy and do not finish together: 60 days for the Acerola and for D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK, 30 days for Zinc Vita 30 PACK, 150 days for Sélen & Iode Vita. The 30 ml bottle of the N°01 Spring Immunity represents about 600 drops, i.e. two to four months depending on the dose chosen.
Food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily doses. Keep out of reach of children.
For adults aged 19 and over only: the 75 µg dose of vitamin D of D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK is authorised only from the age of 19, and the Acerola must not be administered to children under 12 years of age. This set is therefore suitable neither for infants, nor for children, nor for adolescents. The N°01 Spring Immunity macerate, taken on its own, can be used from the age of 3 on medical advice: that more permissive rule does not reopen the 19-year lower limit of the set. More generally, any vitamin supplementation in the infant (0-1 year) and in the young child (1 to 3 years) is a matter for medical supervision.
Do not administer to pregnant or breastfeeding women: the Acerola excludes them, the iodine of algal origin of Sélen & Iode Vita is not recommended for them except on medical advice, and the N°01 Spring Immunity macerate is not recommended for them.
Sélen & Iode Vita: the iodine is of algal origin, not recommended for people with a dysfunction of the thyroid except on medical advice. Consult your doctor or your pharmacist in case of a concomitant treatment of the thyroid.
Acerola: do not use in case of kidney problems (gout, kidney stones).
Acerola: contains sorbitol — excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK: do not combine with another intake of vitamin D (multivitamin supplement, fish liver oil, drops) without medical advice — the upper safety limit adopted for adults is 100 µg per day, all intakes combined. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before supplementation at 75 µg of vitamin D per day.
D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK: seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria, calcium kidney stones, sarcoidosis or another granulomatosis, renal insufficiency, or ongoing treatment — in particular with digitalis medicines, thiazide diuretics, anticonvulsants, rifampicin, orlistat or cholestyramine. In case of treatment with orlistat or cholestyramine, space out the intake of D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK from that of the medicine.
Zinc Vita 30 PACK: contraindicated for people taking a potassium-sparing diuretic. Zinc and copper are antagonists and cannot be taken together: take zinc separately from any vitamin and mineral supplement containing iron or copper, zinc in the morning and copper in the evening, or vice versa.
Zinc Vita 30 PACK: zinc supplementation may lower the glycosylated haemoglobin level in people with diabetes. Consumption must be limited to a few weeks or a few months; beyond 60 days at a dose of 60 mg per day, always supplement with copper, and beyond six months, also take a multivitamin preparation.
The pearl of D3 Vita Forte 60 PACK is coated with bovine gelatine: the set is neither vegetarian nor vegan.
N°01 Spring Immunity: contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose, 5 to 10 drops, corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol; it may be diluted in a little water. To be taken into account in case of alcohol withdrawal.
N°01 Spring Immunity: no prolonged use without medical advice.
Caution in people allergic to spring pollens: the N°01 Spring Immunity macerate contains black alder bud (Alnus glutinosa), of the same botanical family as birch and hazel.
