Adults: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in spring water, between meals.
Children: From 3 years: 1 drop per year of age. From 10 years: see adult dosage.
Pet: 1 to 3 drops per 10 kg of body weight in the water bowl, or pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and stroke your pet, which licks itself.
Emotional/energetic level: 1 drop per day for 3 months.
The drops may be diluted in a little water for greater gentleness.

Yes, the macerate contains 25% alcohol. However, the recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol, i.e. the equivalent of a few mouthfuls of slightly fermented apple purée. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
From 3 years of age, at a rate of 1 drop per year of age; from 10 years of age, the adult dosage applies (5 to 10 drops per day). As the macerate contains 25% alcohol, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before giving it to a child, and dilute the drops in a little water.
