The white willow bud (Salix alba) is traditionally used in gemmotherapy to promote relaxation and the soothing of nervous excitability.
The black alder (Alnus glutinosa) is the bud traditionally chosen in gemmotherapy for the vascular sphere and the microcirculation.
The hazel (Corylus avellana) is traditionally associated with the suppleness and the elasticity of the tissues.

Three buds in strictly equal parts: the formula reads as a synergy, without a dominant active surrounded by mere adjuncts.
High concentration of buds (12%), maceration in the three solvents (filtered water, organic wheat alcohol, organic vegetable glycerine from rapeseed) according to the traditional Dr Pol Henry method.

Adults: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in spring water. Between meals.
Children: From 3 years: 1 drop per year of age. From 10 years: see adult dosage.
Pet: 1 to 3 drops per 10 kg of body weight in the water bowl, or pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and stroke your pet, which licks itself.
Emotional/energetic level: 1 drop per day for 3 months.
The drops may be diluted in a little water for greater gentleness.

Alcohol is one of the three maceration solvents (water, alcohol, glycerine) needed to extract the active principles of the buds. At the recommended daily dose, the amount of alcohol actually consumed is equivalent to a few mouthfuls of slightly fermented apple purée or to a small piece of sourdough bread.
From 3 years of age, at a rate of 1 drop per year of age; from 10 years of age, the adult dosage applies (5 to 10 drops per day). As the macerate contains 25% alcohol, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before giving it to a child, and dilute the drops in a little water.
