The N°05 DEPURATIVE is the only product of the set that is not in capsules: a liquid macerate dosed by the drop, based on organic buds and young shoots certified BE-BIO-01 — birch, juniper and linden.
Alca Vita provides its two minerals in the form of citrates, organic salts classically used in acid-base balance approaches.
Two of the five extracts of Epura Vita are standardised: the milk thistle is standardised at 80% in silymarin, the artichoke is standardised in cynarin.
This is the complete version: Epura Vita and Transit+ Vita as in the standard format, the Alca Vita supplied in the 120-capsule format, and the bud macerate in addition.

The four boxes do not finish together: Epura Vita covers 15 days on this protocol, Transit+ Vita 30 days and Alca Vita 40 days on its 120 capsules. The 30 ml bottle of the macerate lasts longer still, but its use does not exceed 6 consecutive weeks.
The evening intake of Transit+ Vita is deliberately kept away from the others: psyllium husk is taken at a distance from any other product or medicine.
Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
For adults only: no paediatric dosage is published for the three supplements in capsules of this set, and the paediatric dosage of the N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate (from 3 years of age) applies only if it is taken on its own. Vitamin and mineral supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
Epura Vita combines cholagogue plants: in case of biliary disorders (gallstones, obstruction of the bile ducts), seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
The black radish of Epura Vita belongs to the cruciferous family: in case of a thyroid disorder, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Four of the five plants in Epura Vita — chrysanthellum (Chrysanthellum americanum), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) — belong to the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile).
Alca Vita provides potassium and magnesium citrates: to be avoided in case of renal insufficiency. The N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate must not be used in case of renal insufficiency, nor for more than 6 consecutive weeks.
The N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate contains birch: not recommended in case of anticoagulant treatment and for people sensitive to salicylate derivatives.
Caution in people allergic to spring pollens: the N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate contains birch bud (Betula pendula and Betula pubescens), of the same botanical family as alder and hazel.
The N°05 DEPURATIVE macerate contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol.
Do not administer concomitantly with medicines: space out the intakes. Space out in the same way any intake of vegetable charcoal or of clay. Interactions with regular or natural medicines are always possible.
Swallow the Transit+ Vita capsules with a large glass of water. In case of a swallowing disorder or of a known narrowing of the digestive tract, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the advised daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. These food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, or a healthy lifestyle.
