Broco Vita 30 PACK provides a broccoli extract standardised in glucoraphanin, the precursor of sulforaphane.
Epura Vita brings together five plant extracts, including a milk thistle standardised in silymarin and an artichoke standardised in cynarin.
The zinc is in the bisglycinate form, an amino acid chelate, generally better tolerated at the digestive level than the inorganic salts.
The N°32 Skin Comfort macerate is the only one of the set to be dosed by the drop: three buds from organic farming — blackcurrant, field elm and walnut — in strictly equal parts.
Broco Vita 30 PACK and Zinc Vita 30 PACK are repackagings of 30 capsules that are not ordered individually: they exist only in the formulas.

The packs do not finish together: thirty days for Broco Vita 30 PACK and for Zinc Vita 30 PACK, fifteen days for Epura Vita at the detox rate, longer for the bottle of macerate. Store all the packs in a dry place, away from light and heat.
For adults only. Neither Epura Vita nor Broco Vita 30 PACK publishes a paediatric dosage, and their sheets exclude the child. The N°32 Skin Comfort macerate is not to be given before the age of 3, and its use in children is a matter for the advice of a healthcare professional.
Vitamin and mineral supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding: Epura Vita and the N°32 Skin Comfort macerate are not recommended in these cases.
The broccoli of Broco Vita 30 PACK and the black radish of Epura Vita belong to the cruciferous family: in case of hypothyroidism, of a thyroid disorder or of thyroid treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Four of the five plants in Epura Vita — chrysanthellum (Chrysanthellum americanum), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) — belong to the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile).
In case of biliary disorders (gallstones, obstruction of the bile ducts), seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
Zinc supplementation may lower the glycosylated haemoglobin level in people with diabetes. Zinc Vita 30 PACK is contraindicated for people taking a potassium-sparing diuretic.
Zinc and copper cannot be taken together: these are antagonists. Take zinc in the morning and copper in the evening, and vice versa, and separately from any vitamin and mineral supplement containing iron or copper.
The consumption of zinc must be limited to a few weeks or a few months. Beyond 60 days at a dose of 60 mg per day, always supplement with copper; beyond 6 months, it is preferable to also take a multivitamin preparation.
The blackcurrant bud (Ribes nigrum) of the N°32 Skin Comfort macerate is traditionally described as stimulating: preferably take it in the morning and avoid taking it in the evening. Caution in case of arterial hypertension.
The field elm bud (Ulmus campestris) of the same macerate is traditionally described as a skin drainer: a short-lived transient worsening may appear at the start of intake. If it persists or worsens, stop and seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
The walnut bud (Juglans regia) of the same macerate comes from a tree bearing nuts: as a precaution, seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of a nut allergy.
In case of ongoing drug treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use: the milk thistle of Epura Vita may interfere with certain medicines.
No prolonged use of the macerate without medical advice. Any extensive, superinfected, painful or rapidly progressing skin lesion requires medical advice.
The N°32 Skin Comfort macerate contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
