The complete version of the formula: the three supplements of the standard format, plus a bud macerate.
The two plant extracts of the set are standardised: the chaste tree, a concentrated extract of the fruit, is standardised both in flavonoids and in agnuside, and the broccoli in glucoraphanin and in sulforaphanes — the content of active ingredients is the same from one capsule to the next.
The magnesium of MG TOP 60 PACK is provided by two organic salts, the bisglycinate and the glycerophosphate, with taurine and eight B-group vitamins in the same tablet.
The N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT is the only liquid product of the set, dosed by the drop.
The three extracts of the N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT macerate are from organic farming and present in strictly equal parts.

The four packs do not finish together: 30 days for Broco Vita 30 PACK, 60 days for Chaste tree and for MG TOP 60 PACK; the 30 ml bottle of the N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT lasts according to the number of drops taken each day.

Chaste tree, Broco Vita 30 PACK and N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Chaste tree: not recommended for those under 18 years of age. This formula is therefore not suitable before the age of 18 — the paediatric dosage published for the N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT macerate is valid only when it is taken on its own.
Chaste tree: it acts on the hormonal terrain. Not recommended in case of a hormone-dependent condition (in particular cancer of the breast, of the uterus or of the ovary) and in case of hormonal treatment — hormonal contraception, hormone replacement therapy for the menopause, ovulation stimulation — except on medical advice. N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT: it provides young raspberry shoot (Rubus idaeus), traditionally described as a regulator of the ovarian axis; the same reservations apply, and an ongoing treatment must never be interrupted.
Do not combine with another plant acting on the hormonal balance without the advice of a healthcare professional.
Chaste tree: seek the advice of a doctor in case of a treatment acting on dopamine: dopaminergic agonists and antagonists, neuroleptics, treatments of Parkinson's disease or of hyperprolactinaemia.
Chaste tree: in case of irregular or unusual bleeding, stop taking the product and consult a doctor.
N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT: the blackcurrant leaf bud (Ribes nigrum) is traditionally described as stimulating — take preferably in the morning, caution in case of arterial hypertension. As the young rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis) is traditionally cholagogue, seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of obstruction of the bile ducts or of gallstones.
N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT: contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
Broco Vita 30 PACK: consult your doctor in case of hypothyroidism or of thyroid treatment.
MG TOP 60 PACK: vitamin supplementation of infants (0 to 1 year) and young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.

The N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT bud macerate, a 30 ml bottle, in addition to the three supplements: Chaste tree, Broco Vita 30 PACK and MG TOP 60 PACK.
For adults. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for those under 18 years of age. In case of a hormone-dependent condition, of hormonal treatment — including contraception —, of a treatment acting on dopamine, of a thyroid disorder, of arterial hypertension or of a disorder of the bile ducts, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking it. The macerate contains 25% alcohol.
The N°20 YOUNG WOMAN COMFORT is taken in drops. Adults: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in a little spring water, between meals.
