Directly assimilable liquid form: the aloe is drunk as such, without a capsule to swallow.
50 ml before breakfast for a general effect on the body, or 25 ml before the main meal to strengthen the digestive effect.

Not recommended in case of chronic inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction or abdominal pain of unknown origin.
Inform your doctor or your pharmacist in case of simultaneous intake of medicines, in particular an antidiabetic, diuretic, cardiotonic or laxative treatment. Space out by at least two hours the intake of any medicine by the oral route: the mucilage may slow down its absorption.
A consumption higher than the advised dose may have a laxative effect; prolonged, this effect carries a risk of potassium loss. The claimed effect is obtained at a rate of 50 ml per day.
