The downy birch bud (Betula pubescens) is traditionally used in gemmotherapy to support the elimination functions of the body.
The wayfaring tree bud (Viburnum lantana) is traditionally associated with the soothing of the respiratory tract.
The almond leaf bud (Prunus amygdalus) is traditionally associated with the suppleness of the vascular walls.

For adults: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in spring water, between meals.
For your child: from 3 years: 1 drop per year of age. From 10 years: see adults.
For your pet: 1 to 3 drops per 10 kg of body weight in the water bowl, or pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and stroke your pet, which licks itself.
Emotional/energetic level: 1 drop per day for 3 months.
Store away from light, heat and moisture. The preparation may be cloudy, without affecting its quality. Best before end: see carton.

The macerate contains 25% alcohol, but the amount actually consumed is very small. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may also be diluted in a little water.
