The Dr Pol Henry method is the traditional gemmotherapy method, which consists in macerating fresh buds in a mixture of three solvents: filtered water, alcohol and vegetable glycerine. This triple maceration makes it possible to obtain a concentrated glycerine macerate containing all the compounds present in the bud.
