The raspberry bud (Rubus idaeus) is the macerate traditionally chosen in gemmotherapy to accompany the balance of the female terrain.
The lingonberry bud (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) is traditionally associated in gemmotherapy with the comfort of the intestinal and urinary spheres.

High concentration of buds (12%), prepared according to the traditional Dr Pol Henry method by maceration in three solvents: filtered water, organic wheat alcohol and organic vegetable glycerine from rapeseed.
Fresh buds from wild sites, put to macerate on the very day of picking, guaranteed neither cryo-ground, nor refrigerated, nor dehydrated. Dynamised maceration for 21 days and full traceability.
No added mother tinctures or essential oils, without artificial additives. Vegetable glycerine guaranteed free from allergens.

Adults: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in spring water, between meals.
Children: From 3 years: 1 drop per year of age. From 10 years: see adult dosage.
Pet: 1 to 3 drops per 10 kg of body weight in the water bowl, or pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and stroke the animal, which licks itself.
Emotional/energetic level: 1 drop per day for 3 months.
Store away from light, heat and moisture. The preparation may be cloudy, without affecting its quality. Best before end: see carton.

The macerate contains 25% alcohol, but the amount actually consumed is very small. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
From 3 years of age, at a rate of 1 drop per year of age; from 10 years of age, the adult dosage applies (5 to 10 drops per day). As the macerate contains 25% alcohol, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before giving it to a child, and dilute the drops in a little water.
