The concentration of the bottle is 25% alcohol, but the quantity actually consumed is very small. At 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol, that is the equivalent of a few mouthfuls of slightly fermented apple purée or of a small piece of sourdough bread. The drops may also be diluted in a little water.
The duration depends on the dosage chosen. At 5 to 10 drops per day, a 30 ml bottle covers more than a month of intake. On the emotional or energetic level, the intake described is 1 drop per day for 3 months. Beyond that, do not extend use without the advice of a healthcare professional.
