Céramosides™ are a lipid complex concentrated in phytoceramides, in DGDG (digalactosyl-diglycerides) and in phospholipids, extracted from the lipid fraction alone of the wheat grain.
Ceramides are lipids naturally present in the epidermis, where they take part in the structure of the skin barrier.
Zinc in the form of bisglycinate: a zinc chelated to glycine, reputed to be better tolerated on the digestive level than the oxide or the sulphate.
Pullulan capsule, vegan, without excipients.

Allergens: wheat (Céramosides™). Céramosides™ are extracted from the lipid fraction alone of the wheat grain, excluding the gluten proteins; the labelling nevertheless keeps the allergen indication "wheat". People allergic to wheat or to gluten seek the advice of a healthcare professional before consuming it.
Not recommended for children and adolescents: the daily dose provides 15 mg of zinc, above the tolerable upper intake level established before the age of 15.
In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or ongoing drug treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional: zinc may reduce the absorption of certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) and of penicillamine.
Do not extend the course beyond one month without advice: a high and prolonged intake of zinc may disturb copper status.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

Trop tôt pour donner mon avis car je l'utilise seulement depuis 1 mois. Toutefois, je pense que ce complément peut m'apporter le bienfait recherché et j'ai toute confiance.
