The ashwagandha of the set is a KSM-66® root extract, a full-spectrum ingredient brand standardised in withanolides.
L-Tyro Vita 125 combines L-tyrosine with the seven vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12 and C in the same capsule.
Mind Vita provides its plants in the form of standardised extracts — green tea, Rhodiola rosea and saffron: the content of active substances is guaranteed, which a whole plant powder does not allow.
The AromaKiné Relaxing is ready to use: its essential oils are already carried by an apricot kernel vegetable oil, there is nothing to dilute. It is also the only gesture of the set that is shared by two people, as a massage.
The N°13 Relaxation is a certified organic bud macerate (BE-BIO-01): the only product of the set that is dosed by the drop rather than in capsules.
This is the complete version of the formula: the three supplements of the standard format, plus the aromatherapy and the gemmotherapy.

The boxes do not finish together: at one capsule per day, the ashwagandha covers 30 days, L-Tyro Vita 125 40 days and Mind Vita 60 days. The N°13 RELAXATION (STRESS) macerate and the AromaKiné Relaxing oil last longer.
Food supplements. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.
Do not use in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not recommended for children. Vitamin supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
Interactions with regular or natural medications are always possible. Interaction with sedative medications such as barbiturates, benzodiazepines and ethanol.
Caution in case of sedative or anxiolytic treatment, and in case of uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Ashwagandha may influence thyroid hormones: seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of a thyroid disorder or thyroid treatment.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of a treatment for depression, in particular a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, or of treatment with levodopa.
Not recommended in case of autoimmune diseases; the same caution applies in case of immunosuppressant treatment.
It is recommended to avoid stimulants such as coffee, black tea, cola and chocolate during the intake.
Avoid prolonged use.
The AromaKiné Relaxing is for external cutaneous use only: do not swallow it, avoid the eye contour and the mucous membranes. It contains essential oils — on sensitive skin or in case of a previous reaction to essential oils, first apply one drop to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours. Two of its essences are obtained by expression of the peel (red mandarin, sweet orange): as a precaution, do not expose the treated areas to the sun in the hours following application.
Caution in people allergic to hazel or birch pollen: the N°13 RELAXATION (STRESS) macerate contains hazel bud (Corylus avellana). The same caution applies in people allergic to spring pollens: it also contains black alder bud (Alnus glutinosa), of the same botanical family as birch and hazel.
Not recommended for people suffering from allergies to salicylate derivatives: the N°13 RELAXATION (STRESS) macerate contains white willow bud (Salix alba). In case of medicinal treatment, and in particular anticoagulant treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
The N°13 RELAXATION (STRESS) macerate contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
Allergens: the capsules may contain traces of lactose. The carrier of the AromaKiné Relaxing is an apricot kernel vegetable oil: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to stone fruits or nuts.
