Transit+ Vita brings together in the same capsule psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) and six strains of lactic ferments distributed in strictly equal parts: the ferments there are micro-encapsulated, which is intended to get them past the gastric stage.
Méli Vita is based on the Cyracos® lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis), standardised in hydroxycinnamic acids including rosmarinic acid: it is the content of active ingredient that is guaranteed, not only the quantity of plant. It combines with it vitamin B3 as nicotinamide.
The N°21 TRANSIT is a bud macerate dosed by the drop: fig, silver linden and young rosemary leaf in strictly equal parts, from fresh buds at 12% macerated for 21 days in three solvents, certified organic BE-BIO-01.
Aroma Digest (stomach comfort), the only external gesture of the set, brings together five essential oils in an organic apricot kernel vegetable oil: they are already diluted in it, there is nothing to prepare before the massage.
This is the complete version of the formula: the two supplements of the standard format, plus aromatherapy and gemmotherapy.

The four packs do not have the same autonomy: the two boxes of capsules finish after thirty days, the bottle of N°21 TRANSIT covers more than a month and that of Aroma Digest is used as needed — plan the restocking product by product. Méli Vita and Transit+ Vita are stored away from light and in a dry place, Méli Vita between 15 and 25°C; Aroma Digest is stored away from heat and light.
Méli Vita, Transit+ Vita and the N°21 TRANSIT are food supplements: they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily doses. Keep the four products out of reach of children. Store Aroma Digest away from heat and light.
Aroma Digest (stomach comfort) is reserved for cutaneous use: do not swallow it, do not take it by the oral route, do not apply it to the mucous membranes or to damaged skin. Avoid the eye contour; wash your hands after application.
Aroma Digest contains lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum), obtained by expression of the peel and photosensitising: do not expose the treated area to the sun or to UV in the twelve hours following application.
Aroma Digest contains essential oils already diluted in their carrier. On sensitive skin or in case of a history of reaction to essential oils, first apply a small quantity to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours.
The carrier of Aroma Digest is an apricot kernel vegetable oil: to be ruled out in case of allergy to stone fruits or nuts. Its synergy contains tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus), of the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile).
People with epilepsy: seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using Aroma Digest, because of the ketones of the verbenone rosemary.
Transit+ Vita — swallow the capsules with a large glass of water. In case of a swallowing disorder or of a known narrowing of the digestive tract, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Transit+ Vita is not administered concomitantly with medicines: space out the intakes. Space out in the same way any intake of vegetable charcoal or of clay. In case of ongoing medicinal treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using the N°21 TRANSIT or Aroma Digest.
Méli Vita — do not consume in case of alcoholism or alcohol consumption (more than two drinks per day), in case of liver disease or liver dysfunction, gastric ulcer or gout.
Méli Vita — in case of ongoing treatment, ask your doctor for advice: lemon balm may increase the effect of sedative treatments.
The N°21 TRANSIT is not used in case of renal insufficiency, nor for more than 6 consecutive weeks; beyond that, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
The N°21 TRANSIT contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
This set is for adults only. Méli Vita is not given to children under 7 years of age; Aroma Digest is not recommended for them; the N°21 TRANSIT is not given before the age of 3 and, in children, its use calls for the advice of a healthcare professional.
Do not use during pregnancy or during breastfeeding: Méli Vita excludes it, the N°21 TRANSIT contains young rosemary leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis) and Aroma Digest combines tarragon, naturally rich in estragole, star anise (anethole) and verbenone rosemary, rich in ketones.

Aroma Digest (stomach comfort), a massage oil to be applied to the belly — it is not swallowed —, and the N°21 TRANSIT bud macerate, in drops. They are added to the two boxes of 60 capsules Méli Vita and Transit+ Vita of the standard format.
In drops. For the N°21 TRANSIT: 5 to 10 drops per day, neat or diluted in spring water, between meals. The 30 ml bottle covers more than one month of intake.
