The rosemary is specified at its chemotype, Rosmarinus officinalis ct verbenone: the formula indicates the chemical variety of the plant it contains, and not only its name.
The synergy is used as it is, without additional dilution.
By olfaction: open the bottle and breathe in deeply, as many times as necessary.
On the skin: place a few drops on the inner side of the wrists, massage lightly, then breathe in the wrists.

External and olfactory use exclusively: do not swallow and do not use in a diffuser, the carrier being oily.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, nor for children under 12 years of age: the synergy contains verbenone rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct verbenone), an essential oil containing ketones.
For the same reason, not recommended for people with epilepsy or those with a neurological history.
Contains clove (Eugenia caryophyllata): eugenol can irritate the skin and the mucous membranes. Carry out a test in the crook of the elbow before the first application and keep to the inner side of the wrists.
Avoid contact with the eyes and the mucous membranes. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.

Keep out of reach of children. Store the bottle closed, away from light and heat.
Noble camomile (Chamaemelum nobile) belongs to the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile).
