The three enzymes are dosed in activity units — GDU for the bromelain, activity ratio for the pepsin, USP for the papain — and not in simple weight: it is the activity of each one that is declared.
The ginger is provided as a concentrated 10/1 extract, that is ten parts of plant for one part of extract.
The iodine comes from two sources provided in equal parts: bladderwrack, an alga, and potassium iodide, a mineral salt.
Pullulan capsule and Oryza sativa bulking agent; no colourings in the formula.

Betaine HCL, capsule: pullulan, bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), bromelain, ginger (Zingiber officinale), bulking agent: Oryza sativa, pepsin, papain, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus L.), thiamine mononitrate, potassium iodide. Allergens: sulphur dioxide and sulphites (papain).

A dose of two capsules provides 150 µg of iodine, that is 100% of the nutrient reference values, in equal parts between the bladderwrack (75 µg) and the potassium iodide (75 µg). The product is not recommended in case of thyroid disease and must not be combined with other sources of iodine without medical advice.
