Alca Vita 60 PACK provides the magnesium and the potassium in the form of citrates.
Two dry galenic forms: tablets for the spirulina, capsules for the three others — bovine gelatine for Alca Vita 60 PACK, vegetable pullulan for the beta-alanine and the L-tyrosine.
Beta-alanine and L-tyrosine are dosed by the unit: each has its own capsule, without excipients, rather than being diluted in a complex.
The spirulina comes from organic farming and is presented as pure tablets, without excipients or binders.
During the day
The four boxes do not have the same duration: they do not finish together, and each is bought again at its own pace. Each product keeps its own pack and its own instructions.

L-Tyro Vita 20 PACK: seek the advice of your doctor in case of a thyroid disorder or thyroid treatment, of antidepressant treatment (in particular a monoamine oxidase inhibitor) or of treatment with levodopa.
Spirulina Vita 120 PACK: not recommended for people with phenylketonuria, as spirulina provides phenylalanine.
Spirulina Vita 120 PACK: in case of gout or hyperuricaemia, seek the advice of a healthcare professional — spirulina provides nucleic acids, precursors of uric acid. The same caution applies in case of autoimmune disease or immunosuppressant treatment.
Spirulina Vita 120 PACK: the first days of intake may be accompanied by soft stools and transient headaches, without seriousness.
Like any microalga, the spirulina of Spirulina Vita 120 PACK is sensitive to the quality of its production supply chain (microcystins, heavy metals): use only products whose origin is documented.
Béta-Alanine Vita 30 PACK: beta-alanine may cause tingling or pins and needles in the face, the neck and the forearms (paraesthesia), transient and without seriousness, especially on the first intakes; they fade spontaneously within a few dozen minutes.
