Standardised at 80% protein and nothing other than whey: no sweeteners, no flavourings, no bulking agents.
Complete amino acid profile, including the nine essential amino acids and the three branched-chain ones (leucine, isoleucine, valine)
Obtained by ultrafiltration of the lactoserum — the residual liquid of cheese making — then dried by spray-drying: a protein reputed to be of faster absorption than the caseins and the plant proteins, which explains its traditional use around exercise.
A concentrate, not an isolate: the sugars it declares are the lactose naturally present in the whey, not an added sugar.
Pure whey from cows reared in Austria according to the organic standards, at least 60% of whose feed consists of grass, clover and hay

Mix 25 g of powder — 1 and 1/2 scoops, or 2 tablespoons if your tub is delivered without a scoop — with 300-350 ml of water, of plant milk, of vegetable juice or of fruit juice, and shake for a few seconds in a shaker. The 400 g tub covers 16 servings.
Drink immediately or take the shaker with you.
Also enrich your smoothies, shakes, breakfast cereals, as well as the muesli, the bread, the pastries, the flour or the breadcrumb. For this, add 1 or 2 tablespoons to your dishes, as you wish.

100% organic whey protein powder concentrated to 80%. Contains milk.
A 25 g serving, once a day, provides 20 g of protein: it is the quantity to be consumed to obtain the claimed effect.
This protein powder completes the diet: it is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, or for a healthy lifestyle.
Allergen to look out for in the list of ingredients: milk. To be ruled out in case of allergy to cow's milk proteins; the residual lactose may cause trouble in a marked intolerance.
An excessive and prolonged protein intake brings no additional benefit and puts a strain on the kidney: in case of renal insufficiency, of severe hepatic insufficiency or of a protein-controlled diet, seek the advice of a doctor before increasing your protein intake.
In children and adolescents, the powder is only of interest if the diet does not cover the needs: food remains the first route.
Store in a dry place, away from heat, and close tightly after each use.
