This set brings together in a single order the 12-month subscription to the InnerSync Pro application and the InnerSync sensor (Ear clip): without a sensor, the application measures nothing.
The sensor is an infrared ear clip connected by a 40 cm cable: it is placed on the lobe and measures the heart rhythm beat by beat.
On the hardware side: Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, about 20 hours of continuous measurement and up to 6 months on standby, 49 g, matt black casing in ABS / TPE of 55 × 33 × 8 mm, delivered with its ear clip, its USB cable and its manual.
On the application side: one year of full access to InnerSync Pro, with a single dashboard to start a session, manage your clients and follow your statistics from a single screen.
Client management brings together a detailed client profile with full history, personalised AI insights and tracking of the evolution with precise metrics.
Session assessment is done in real time — coherence score, HRV metrics (SDNN, RMSSD) and tachogram — then extends into advanced graphical analyses: smoothed-curve tachogram, spectrogram, VLF, LF and HF bands identified.
The health assessment in the application brings together 12 indicators (stress, energy, mental fatigue, physical performance, biological age and more) and the tracking over time displays overwork, recovery debt and improvement trajectory.
What the set contains
1. Receive and enter the activation code
The code is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the payment is validated, to the address of your account, and remains available on your order in "My orders". Enter it on the InnerSync activation page — the "J'ai un code" entry of the Pro area, innersync.io/fr/pro/subscription/activate. If the code has not reached you, this same page sends it again to the address used at the time of purchase.
2. Charge the sensor
Before the first use, connect the casing to the USB cable supplied: allow about 2 hours. The indicator stays steady green during charging and goes out once the battery is full. Then, about 20 hours of continuous measurement and up to 6 months on standby.
3. Pair the sensor with the application
Open InnerSync Pro online on pro.innersync.io, on iOS (App Store) or on Android (Google Play). Pairing is started from the application itself, never from the Bluetooth settings of the phone or of the computer. The Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy link is established in a few seconds. There is no desktop application: on Mac as on PC, InnerSync Pro is used in the browser.
4. Clip the sensor on and start the session
Place the sensor on the earlobe, on clean and dry skin, then start the session from the application and follow the visual and sound guidance. The indicator flashes red during the measurement. The rim of the ear and the fingertip are two fallback positions.

The subscription opens 12 months of full access. There is no tacit renewal: to extend it, order a new subscription.

Health data. Professional use records cardiac data concerning your clients. Obtain their agreement and process these data in accordance with the GDPR.
Your activation code is personal. Keep the e-mail that carries it until activation.
Placement and skin. Place the clip on a clean and dry contact area. Do not use it on a damaged, irritated or painful ear, and remove it in case of redness or discomfort.
Battery and recharging. The casing contains a built-in lithium-polymer battery. Recharge it only with the USB cable supplied, on a standard USB port; do not open the casing and do not expose it to heat or to moisture.
Children. This set is professional equipment: it is not intended for children. The 40 cm cable and the clip must remain out of reach of young children — this is not a toy.
End of life. Electronic device with a built-in battery, CE and RoHS compliant and falling under the WEEE Directive: do not throw it away with household waste, hand it in at a collection point for electrical and electronic equipment.
