Two separate formulas rather than a single capsule: the Day Care carries the cofactors of keratinisation, the Night Care the plant extracts, each taken at the time of day when it works.
Cynatine® HNS keratin: a solubilised keratin, whose sulphur amino acids can be assimilated by the oral route — it is the leading active ingredient of the Day Care.
Day Care: 15 vitamins and minerals, including the complete B group and vitamins A, C, D3 and E, with zinc as bisglycinate — the form chelated to glycine, reputed to be better tolerated than the oxide — and selenium in the form of yeast.
Night Care: 8 concentrated extracts of plants and of microalga — saw palmetto, common nettle, fenugreek, African plum tree (Pygeum africanum), tribulus and grape seeds standardised at 95% in polyphenols, of which 120 mg of dimeric OPC and 21 mg of procyanidin B2.
Night Care: SAFR’INSIDE™ saffron extract (30 mg), standardised in safromotivines (12%), crocins (3%) and safranal (2%). Completed by Haematococcus pluvialis (120 mg), i.e. 6 mg of astaxanthin.
Folic acid in Quatrefolic® form (glucosamine salt of 5-MTHF). Vitamin E in Vitapherole® form (d-α-tocopherol). Bamboo extract providing 10 mg of silica. Without excipients, Halal-certified.

Use not recommended in case of a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer: the "Night Care" phase combines extracts with hormonal action (saw palmetto, African plum tree, fenugreek, tribulus).

Seek the advice of your doctor or your pharmacist, in particular in case of treatment for hypertension, diabetes or depression, in case of hormonal or anti-androgenic treatment, and before a PSA test.
Formula dosed for the adult man: it is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women (intake of retinol, preformed vitamin A, and extracts with hormonal action). Do not use in children and adolescents under 21 years of age.

The course consists of two separate intakes: 2 Day Care capsules in the morning at breakfast (vitamins, minerals, keratin) and 2 Night Care capsules in the evening at the meal (plant extracts). That is 4 capsules a day in total. The pack of 360 capsules covers a 3-month course.
