The magnesium is provided by two organic salts, bisglycinate and glycerophosphate, reputed to be among the most assimilable.
Quatrefolic®: folates (vitamin B9) in their latest generation, a glucosamine salt of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a form directly usable by the body.
Vitamin B12 in its methylcobalamin form, the active form selected for the B group.
Free from gluten, yeast, lactose, soya, sugar, preservatives, flavourings, fragrances or synthetic colourings.
