Data Collected

• Identification information: name, first name, email address, phone number, postal address

• Health and nutrition data: dietary habits, health goals; in the Cure Vita app, when you are signed in to your account: urine pH measurements and how you feel (an indicator of dietary balance, not a medical measure), supplements taken with their doses and intake times, food preferences and favourite meals

• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, cookies (with your consent)

• Order data: purchase history, payment details processed directly by our secure systems

Processing Purposes

Your data is used to provide our services (nutritional advice, sale of dietary supplements), manage your customer account, respond to your requests, improve our website (via analytical cookies with consent), and send marketing communications. Cure Vita mobile app: the app reminds you of your supplement intakes, lets you tick them off, log your pH and follow your Cure Vita programme. Used without an account, it keeps all your data on your phone: nothing is sent to us. Signed in to your AGS account (email and 6-digit code), it syncs this data with your account so you can find it on another phone. Reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your phone. The app contains no advertising, no audience measurement tool and no ad tracking.

Legal Basis

• Contract performance: provision of products and services

• Your consent: non-essential cookies; your explicit consent for the health data entered in the Cure Vita app (pH measurements, how you feel)

• Our legitimate interest: service improvement, site security, sending our offers to our customers

• Legal obligation: Belgian tax or health regulations

You can withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it.

Data Sharing

• Web hosting and analytics services (GDPR compliant) for browsing data or technical analysis; for the Cure Vita app, Apple (App Attest) and Google (Play Integrity) check at sign-in that the app is genuine, without receiving your health data

• Belgian authorities in case of legal obligation

• We do not share your order data with service providers. Your data is neither sold nor rented.

Retention Period

• Customer data: during the contractual relationship, plus 7 years for Belgian legal obligations; Cure Vita app data linked to your account is kept as long as your account exists, and a phone inactive for 365 days is signed out automatically

• Browsing data: 13 months maximum (cookies)

• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe

You can request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.

Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).

Security

We use technical and organizational measures, such as SSL encryption and firewalls, to protect your data against unauthorized access. Our systems are regularly updated to ensure a high level of security. In the Cure Vita app, the sign-in key is kept in the phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) and every exchange goes through an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Signing out erases your account's data from your phone.
