This set brings together three products to be taken by mouth — Alca Vita 60 PACK, Curculong'arti and the N°29 Recovery (physical) macerate — and a gel that is applied to the skin: Muscle Suppleness (Gel) is never swallowed.
The three swallowed products are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

The blackcurrant bud (Ribes nigrum) of the N°29 Recovery (physical) macerate is traditionally described as stimulating: preferably take it in the morning and avoid taking it in the evening. Caution in case of arterial hypertension.
Muscle Suppleness (Gel) — external cutaneous use only. Do not swallow. Avoid the eye contour, the mucous membranes and wounds; do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. Wash your hands after application and store the gel away from heat and light.
Muscle Suppleness (Gel) contains essential oils. On sensitive skin or in case of a previous reaction to essential oils, first apply a small amount of gel to the crook of the elbow and wait 48 hours before extended use.
The lavandin of the gel brings camphor: not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, for children under six years of age or for people with epilepsy, except on the advice of a healthcare professional. The bay laurel (Laurus nobilis) it contains is sensitising and rich in 1,8-cineole: never apply it to the face, the neck or the chest of a child or an infant, and seek the advice of a healthcare professional in case of asthma or a history of bronchial spasm.
