Mind Vita is taken in a vegetable capsule made of pullulan, a vegan formula; its green tea, Rhodiola rosea and saffron extracts are standardised.
Goodnight Vita is sprayed under the tongue, without water or a tablet to swallow — a gesture that holds at bedtime; its passionflower and lemon balm extracts are standardised.
Mellow Yellow provides a pure saffron extract, standardised in safranal, with the dosage verified by HPLC.
The Aroma Night spray is diffused in the bedroom: its essential oils are chemotyped and botanically defined (HECT), including an organic common myrtle. It accompanies the evening ritual through the sense of smell.

The boxes do not finish together: a box of Mellow Yellow covers 20 days and a bottle of Mind Vita 60 days at a rate of one capsule per day. The N°08 SLEEP macerate and the Aroma Night spray last longer.

The N°08 SLEEP macerate contains 25% alcohol. The recommended daily dose (5 to 10 drops) corresponds to less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
The Aroma Night spray is a room spray: atmospheric use only. Do not swallow it, do not apply it to the skin, do not spray it towards the face, the eyes or people. It contains an essential oil with a cineole chemotype (common myrtle): do not diffuse in the presence of children under six years of age, of asthmatic or epileptic people. Do not diffuse continuously in the presence of pets; ventilate the bedroom after use.
