The young raspberry shoot (Rubus idaeus) is the macerate traditionally chosen in gemmotherapy to accompany the balance of the female terrain.
The young lingonberry leaf (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) is traditionally associated in gemmotherapy with the comfort of the intestinal and urinary spheres.
The young lemon leaf (Citrus limon) is traditionally used in gemmotherapy to support circulatory fluidity.

Four macerates and two dosage levels: the young raspberry shoot and the young lingonberry leaf weigh twice as much as the young lemon leaf and the alder leaf bud, which come as adjuncts.

Traditional Dr Pol Henry method: maceration in the 3 solvents (filtered water, organic wheat alcohol, organic vegetable glycerine from rapeseed). Fresh buds from wild sites, picked by hand and put to macerate on the same day, then dynamised maceration for 21 days.

Yes, the macerates contain 25% alcohol. However, the amount actually consumed is very small: at a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose is less than 0.15 ml of alcohol, i.e. the equivalent of a few mouthfuls of slightly fermented apple purée or of a small piece of sourdough bread. The drops may be diluted in a little water.
From 3 years of age, at a rate of 1 drop per year of age; from 10 years of age, the adult dosage applies (5 to 10 drops per day). As the macerate contains 25% alcohol, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before giving it to a child, and dilute the drops in a little water.
