The birch bud (Betula pendula) is traditionally used in gemmotherapy to support the elimination functions of the body.
The young juniper shoot (Juniperus communis) is traditionally associated with the drainage of the liver and with the good functioning of the urinary tract.

Pet: 1 to 3 drops per 10 kg of body weight in the water bowl, or pour a few drops into the palm of your hand and stroke your pet, which licks itself.
Emotional/energetic level: 1 drop per day for 3 months.
The drops may be diluted in a little water for greater gentleness.

The amount actually consumed is very small. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol, i.e. the equivalent of a few mouthfuls of slightly fermented apple purée or a small piece of sourdough bread. The drops may also be diluted in a little water.
The duration depends on the dosage chosen. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, a 30 ml bottle covers more than a month of use. However, this complex must not be taken for more than 6 consecutive weeks: beyond that, take a break and seek the advice of a healthcare professional. The intake of 1 drop per day described on the emotional or energetic level falls under a different use and calls for the same advice beyond 6 weeks.
