The macerate contains 25% alcohol, but the amount actually consumed is very small. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, the daily dose represents less than 0.15 ml of alcohol. The drops may also be diluted in a little water.
The duration depends on the dosage chosen. At a rate of 5 to 10 drops per day, a 30 ml bottle covers more than a month of intake. This complex must not, however, be taken for more than 6 consecutive weeks: beyond that, take a break and seek the advice of a healthcare professional. The intake of 1 drop per day described on the emotional or energetic level is a different use and calls for the same advice beyond 6 weeks.
