Each extract is standardised in its marker polyphenol — quercetin for the Japanese pagoda tree, OPC for grape seed, ellagic acid for pomegranate, hydroxytyrosol for olive leaf, rosmarinic acid for rosemary — rather than dosed as whole plant powder: the content of active ingredient is displayed extract by extract in the composition.

Cyanthox™ is a sea buckthorn dry extract (Hippophae rhamnoides), standardised at 30% in pro-anthocyanidins. It is produced by Puredia from sea buckthorn grown on the Tibetan plateau and is concentrated in polyphenols, proanthocyanidins and bioflavonoids.
