Multi-Vita brings together 28 micronutrients in a single vegetable capsule: 13 vitamins, 4 minerals and 11 active molecules — it is the most complete multivitamin in the AGS catalogue.
The vitamin forms of Multi-Vita are named: Quatrefolic® folates, vitamin B12 provided in its two forms, methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin, natural Vitapherole® vitamin E — identified brand ingredients rather than generic forms.
The oil of Omega3 Vita is of EPAX® quality, from sustainable fishing certified Friend of the Sea: an ingredient brand for the oil, an independent certification for the fishing.
Natural lemon flavouring: the daily intake of oil is easier than with a plain oil, and the syringe supplied gives a precise dosing.
Each product keeps its own pack and its own leaflet.
Every day, at the same meal
Durations: the 30 capsules of Multi-Vita cover 30 days; the 60 ml of Omega3 Vita cover 60 of them, at a rate of one millilitre per day. The two boxes therefore do not finish together.
Storage: Multi-Vita in a dry place; Omega3 Vita in a dry place and in the refrigerator.
Allergens: fish (Omega3 Vita).
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children.
For adults only: do not give Multi-Vita to children under 18 years of age. Mineral supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision. The dose of Omega3 Vita shown here is that of the adult: in children, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Allergens: fish (Omega3 Vita).
Not suitable for people treated with coumarin anticoagulants: the Multi-Vita capsule provides 75 µg of vitamin K2, which opposes the action of these medicines. Omega-3 fatty acids could moreover influence the action of oral anticoagulants — in that case, administer only under supervision.
Not recommended in case of blood disorders (haemophilia). Stop taking omega-3 10 days before a surgical procedure.
In case of ongoing drug treatment, inform your doctor or your pharmacist — in particular under a treatment against diabetes.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
Do not combine with another intake of vitamin D (multivitamin supplement, fish liver oil, pearls, drops, prescription) without medical advice: the Multi-Vita capsule already provides 25 µg (1,000 IU), and the upper safety limit adopted for adults is 100 µg (4,000 IU) per day, all intakes combined. The same caution for iodine (225 µg per capsule) in case of a thyroid disorder or of another iodine intake.
Consumption of Multi-Vita must be limited to a few weeks or months. The effects described are to be understood at the usage doses: one capsule and one millilitre per day.

28 micronutrients per capsule: 13 vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, beta-carotene, C, D3, E and K2), 4 minerals — including selenium, iodine and zinc, the three that are genuinely dosed — and 11 active molecules, among which coenzyme Q10, lutein, lycopene, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin. The lemon flavouring makes the daily intake easier than a plain oil.
The Prémium version adds a third product to the set: the N°11 VITALITY bud macerate.
