The Whey Protein Nature is a whey protein concentrated to 80%.
MG TOP 60 PACK brings together in one tablet two magnesium salts, taurine and eight B-group vitamins.
Alca Vita 60 PACK provides magnesium and potassium in the form of citrates — it is the second intake of magnesium in the set.
CoQ10+ 30 PACK combines a coenzyme Q10 complex with MitoActive™, standardised in polyphenols.
During the day
The four boxes do not have the same autonomy: MG TOP 60 PACK covers 60 days, CoQ10+ 30 PACK 30 days, Alca Vita 60 PACK 20 days, and the Whey Protein Nature 16 servings of 25 g. Plan the restocking product by product.

Allergen to look out for in the list of ingredients of the Whey Protein Nature: milk. To be ruled out in case of allergy to cow's milk proteins; the residual lactose may cause trouble in a marked intolerance.
Not recommended in case of oedematous cardiac or renal insufficiency.
To be avoided in case of renal insufficiency. An excessive and prolonged protein intake puts a strain on the kidney: in case of renal insufficiency, of severe hepatic insufficiency or of a protein-controlled diet, seek the advice of a doctor before increasing your protein intake.
Vitamin and mineral supplementation of infants (0 to 1 year) and young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
Interactions with regular or natural medicines are always possible. In case of medical treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional: coenzyme Q10 is described as able to reduce the effect of vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants.
On a statin treatment, CoQ10+ 30 PACK never replaces the treatment and is not decided against the advice of the doctor who prescribed it.
The effects stated are obtained at the doses indicated: one 25 g serving of Whey Protein Nature once a day, which provides 20 g of protein, and one capsule per day of CoQ10+ 30 PACK. Beyond that, the intake of vitamins B1, B2 and B3 brings no additional benefit and nicotinamide may cause digestive disorders.
Do not exceed the stated daily dose. These products are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store the Whey Protein Nature in a dry place, away from heat, and close tightly after each use.

The two formulas share only Alca Vita 60 PACK. Sport & recovery (this one) is built around the Whey Protein Nature, CoQ10+ 30 PACK and MG TOP 60 PACK.
The 400 g tub contains 16 servings of 25 g, and the reference intake is 25 g once a day. Unlike the three supplements of the set, the whey is not a course: it is a protein intake that you adjust to your diet.
