Acacia fibre, zinc bisglycinate, capsule: pullulan.
Zinc and copper cannot be taken together. These are antagonists.
Zinc supplementation may lower the glycosylated haemoglobin level in people with diabetes.
Contraindicated for people taking a potassium-sparing diuretic.
Vitamin supplementation in infants (0-1 year) and in young children (1 to 3 years) is subject to medical supervision.
When zinc is used for more than 60 days at a dose of 60 mg/day, always supplement with copper.
Take zinc in the morning and copper in the evening, and vice versa.
Consumption must be limited to a few weeks/months.
When zinc is used over a very long period (more than 6 months), it is preferable to also take a multivitamin preparation.
Take zinc separately from all vitamin and mineral supplements containing iron or copper.
Do not exceed the stated daily dose.

Zinc and copper are antagonists: they compete for the same absorption pathways. It is recommended to take them at different times of the day. Likewise, zinc must be taken separately from supplements containing iron.
Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide produced by fermentation. It is used as a capsule material, constituting a vegetable alternative to gelatine.
