The zinc of Zinc Vita 30 PACK is in the bisglycinate form, an amino acid chelate reputed to be better tolerated at the digestive level than the inorganic salts.
Broco Vita 30 PACK is based on a broccoli extract standardised in sulforaphanes, with an acacia fibre.
In Epura Vita, the artichoke is standardised in cynarin and the milk thistle at 80% in silymarin.
The three items are in pullulan vegetable capsules.
During the day
Six capsules per day in total when Epura Vita is taken on the Detox protocol. The three boxes do not finish together: Epura Vita covers 15 days on the Detox protocol, Broco Vita 30 PACK and Zinc Vita 30 PACK cover 30 days each.

Four of the five plants in Epura Vita — chrysanthellum (Chrysanthellum americanum), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) — belong to the Asteraceae family: to be ruled out in case of a known allergy to this family (mugwort, ragweed, arnica, chrysanthemum, camomile).

The milk thistle of Epura Vita may interact with certain medicines: in case of treatment, seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Zinc supplementation may lower the glycosylated haemoglobin level in people with diabetes. Zinc Vita 30 PACK is contraindicated for people taking a potassium-sparing diuretic.
Zinc and copper cannot be taken together: these are antagonists. Take zinc in the morning and copper in the evening, and vice versa, and separately from any vitamin and mineral supplement containing iron or copper.
The consumption of zinc must be limited to a few weeks or a few months. Beyond 60 days at a dose of 60 mg per day, always supplement with copper; beyond 6 months, it is preferable to also take a multivitamin preparation.
Do not exceed the advised daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. These food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, or a healthy lifestyle.
