The broccoli extract (Brassica oleracea) is standardised in glucoraphanin and in sulforaphanes, the sulphur compounds derived from glucosinolates: their content is guaranteed from one capsule to the next, which a non-standardised plant extract does not allow.
Each capsule provides a high concentration of stabilised sulforaphane and of glucosulforaphane.

Sulforaphane is a sulphur-rich compound derived from glucosinolates, found in cruciferous vegetables and notably in broccoli. Glucoraphane is a precursor of sulforaphane. The conversion of glucoraphane into sulforaphane takes place thanks to an enzyme called myrosinase.
