Potassium iodide in aqueous solution: a mineral salt already in the ionic state, absorbed as such by the small intestine — the form used for a long time in supplementation as in the iodisation of salt. No ingredient of animal or marine origin, seaweed included.
One drop on its own covers the reference intake of iodine: the dose is adjusted as closely as possible, drop by drop.
One bottle delivers about 1,000 drops, i.e. an autonomy that goes very far beyond a classical course.

In case of dehydration, acne, adrenal insufficiency, (nodular) goitre and cardiovascular diseases, iodine must be supplemented only with caution and under medical follow-up.

In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, do not exceed 200 µg of iodine per day, dietary intakes included, and seek medical advice.

The liquid format with dropper allows a precise adjustment of the quantity of iodine consumed. Each drop provides exactly 150 µg of iodine (100% of the NRVs).
One drop provides 150 µg of iodine, i.e. 100% of the nutrient reference values: the daily dose is therefore already covered. Several other references of the catalogue also provide 100% of the NRVs of iodine or more — Sélen & Iode Vita, Multi-Vita, Cysté-Digest, Muco-Digest. These intakes should be taken into account so as not to exceed the recommended daily dose.

Étant en manque d iode je fais une cure et ça me fait beaucoup de bien . Rien qu au nivau fatigue. Et perdue un peu en poids aussi.
